Stephen André Devezin

Born in Culver City, Devezin earned a full-ride football scholarship to Long Beach State, then transferred to Oregon State. At Clark Atlanta University in 1993 he founded JOKERZ Animation Studios, and came up in the music business the real way — assistant A&R for Ice Cube at Street Knowledge, then for Jermaine Dupri at So So Def.
In 2026 he built NARREME — solo: a live streaming platform, a playable game (Flos Angeles After Dark), an original LA franchise, and 11 U.S. provisional patent applications covering the platform's intelligence layer.
He shipped it through homelessness and a Stage 3 cancer diagnosis.

The team, honestly
NARREME was built solo — the platform, the game, the franchise, and all eleven patent filings. That isn’t a gap to apologize for; it’s the whole point. I took the hardest, most capital-intensive part — proving the technology works end-to-end, live — and did it alone, so the core risk is already retired before anyone else signs on.
I didn’t build this to run it by myself. I built it to earn the right team. This raise exists to assemble that team — creative leads, engineers, and a studio pipeline — around a foundation that already ships. The hard part is done. The dream team is next.
