The promise — in plain English
narreme.tv sells entertainment. NARREME Credits are how you pay for it inside our world. Your money is handled by real, licensed payment companies. You can see every charge, every balance, every purchase — and you can reach a human. Here are the rules, written so you can actually read them.
1. Acceptance & What This Document Covers
- Agreement between the customer (“you”) and LHD Holdings, Inc. (“NARREME,” “we”), a Delaware corporation.
- Covers: narreme.tv accounts, episode purchases and unlocks, subscriptions, NARREME Credits, Narrative Commerce Engine (NCE) purchases (music, soundtrack, digital goods), and all related services.
- Acceptance by creating an account, purchasing NARREME Credits, or using the service.
In plain English
Using narreme.tv means you agree to these rules. If you don’t agree, don’t use it — no hard feelings.
2. Who Can Use NARREME
- Account holders must be 18 or older to purchase. Content is rated (e.g., TV-MA); rating labels appear before every purchase and every stream.
- We do not create accounts or sell to anyone under 18.
- One account per person; you are responsible for activity on your account.
In plain English
You must be an adult to buy anything. We label our content honestly — some of it is for grown folks, and we tell you before you watch or pay.
3. Your Account & Security
- Accurate registration info; keep credentials confidential.
- We offer two-factor authentication on accounts holding NARREME Credits balances.
- Tell us immediately at security@narreme.tv about unauthorized access. We will lock the account, investigate, and restore legitimate balances (see §10).
In plain English
Your account, your responsibility — but if someone breaks in, tell us fast. We’ll lock it down and make it right on verified losses.
4. NARREME Credits — What They Are and What They Aren’t
- NARREME Credits are a limited, non-transferable, non-refundable license to access content and features on narreme.tv.
- NARREME Credits are not money, not a gift card redeemable for cash, not cryptocurrency, not a security, and not an investment. They have no cash value.
- NARREME Credits may be used only on narreme.tv — to unlock episodes, subscriptions, and NCE items (music, albums, digital goods).
- NARREME Credits cannot be redeemed for cash; transferred, sold, gifted, or traded to another user or any third party; or used outside narreme.tv.
- Balances are viewable at all times in your account with a full transaction history.
- We may adjust, suspend, or zero balances only for fraud, chargebacks, Terms violations, or legal requirement — never arbitrarily, and always with notice and an appeal path (appeals@narreme.tv).
- Abandoned accounts: if your account is inactive for 3 years, balances may be handled as required by state unclaimed-property law — we will attempt to notify you at your registered email twice before anything happens.
In plain English
NARREME Credits are arcade tokens for our world, not money. You can’t cash them out or send it to friends — that’s what keeps it simple, cheap, and legal. Your balance and history are always visible to you, and we can’t just take it.
5. Buying NARREME Credits & Paying Us
- NARREME Credits are sold in bundles and via subscription; current bundle sizes, bonus amounts, and prices are always shown on the Credits page (narreme.tv/credits) before you confirm.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — NARREME never stores your full card number.
- Prices in USD; you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Sales tax applies where required by law and is shown before you confirm.
- Receipts emailed for every transaction; full history in your account.
In plain English
You pay with real dollars through a real, licensed payment company. We never see or keep your card number. Tax is shown up front — no surprises.
6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime in account settings — takes effect at the end of the current period; no cancellation fees, no retention dark patterns (cancel in three clicks or fewer).
- Renewal reminder emailed 3 days before each charge for annual plans; for monthly plans, reminders and disclosures follow applicable law.
- Price changes: 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; continued use after notice = acceptance; cancel instead if you disagree.
In plain English
Cancel whenever you want, easily, from your account — no phone calls, no guilt screens. If we ever raise prices, you’ll know a month ahead.
7. Refunds
- Credit bundles: refundable within 14 days if unused (no credits from the bundle spent).
- Episodes/unlocks: refundable within 48 hours if the episode was not watched past 10% (or the free preview point).
- Subscriptions: unused renewal periods refundable within 7 days of charge.
- NCE music purchases: digital goods are generally final — except defective files, wrong-item delivery, or unauthorized charges, which are always refunded or fixed.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In plain English
Bought something by accident or it didn’t work? We refund it. Watched the whole thing and want the money back? That’s the one thing we can’t do.
8. NCE Purchases (Music, Soundtrack, Digital Goods)
- Buying music through NCE grants a personal, non-commercial license to the purchased track/album — in-platform streaming, plus download where offered; artists retain all ownership.
- Your purchases live in your account library for the life of the service.
- Re-downloads free, forever, from your library.
In plain English
When you buy a song inside an episode, it’s yours to keep in your library. The artist still owns the song — that’s why they get paid fairly.
9. Content Ratings & What You’ll See
- Every series and episode carries a rating label (e.g., TV-MA) and content notes shown before purchase or play.
- Our world contains smoking, violence, strong language, and adult themes, presented as dramatic fiction. It is not a depiction of, or instruction for, real life.
- Parental controls are provided where available.
In plain English
We make grown-up drama and we label it honestly. You always know what you’re about to watch before you pay or press play.
10. Unauthorized Purchases, Fraud & Chargebacks
- Report unauthorized charges within 60 days at support@narreme.tv; verified unauthorized purchases are refunded in full.
- We proactively lock accounts showing card-testing or stolen-card patterns and notify the registered owner.
- Chargebacks filed through your bank for legitimate purchases may result in balance adjustment equal to the reversed amount (§4) — contact us first; we resolve faster than banks.
In plain English
If someone uses your card on our platform, you get your money back. Period. Talk to us before the bank — we’re faster.
11. Fair Use of the Platform
- No scraping, ripping, screen-recording, or redistributing episodes or music (this protects our artists’ exclusivity window — it’s how they get paid).
- No exploiting bugs for free credits; report bugs to security@narreme.tv.
- Violations: warning → suspension → termination, proportional and appealable.
In plain English
Don’t steal the content — the artists’ paychecks depend on it. Found a bug? Tell us, don’t farm it.
12. Privacy
- Governed by the separate Privacy Policy (narreme.tv/privacy): what we collect (account, payment token reference, viewing history), why (service, receipts, recommendations), what we never do (sell personal data).
- Payment card data is held by Stripe, not NARREME.
- California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights (know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” — we do not sell or share personal data); deletion requests are honored. See the Privacy Policy for how to exercise them.
In plain English
We collect what we need to run the service. We don’t sell your data. Your card lives with the payment company, not with us.
13. Service Changes & Availability
- We may add, change, or remove content and features; purchased items in your library remain per §8.
- If we ever sunset narreme.tv entirely: 60 days’ notice, a download window for purchases, and a good-faith resolution of any remaining NARREME Credits balances consistent with applicable law.
- No guaranteed uptime; we post incident notices on the site and by email.
In plain English
Shows come and go; what you bought stays yours. If we ever shut down, you’ll get notice, time to download, and fair treatment of your balance.
14. Disclaimers & Liability
- Service provided “as is”; entertainment, not advice of any kind.
- Liability cap: the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or US$100 — except where law doesn’t allow caps (fraud, gross negligence, unauthorized-charge refunds under §10).
In plain English
We’ll always make unauthorized or broken purchases right — no fine print can take that away.
15. Disputes & Governing Law
- Talk to us first — support@narreme.tv, with a 48-hour response commitment.
- Informal resolution period: 30 days.
- Then: binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Delaware, with a small-claims-court carve-out and a class-action waiver you may opt out of within 30 days of account creation.
- Governing law: Delaware.
In plain English
Problems get solved by humans first, fast. If we truly can’t agree, there’s a fair process — and you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of signing up.
16. Changes to These Terms
- Material changes: 30 days’ email notice plus an in-app banner; continued use = acceptance; you may close your account instead (§6/§7 refunds apply to unused purchased items).
- Prior versions are dated and available on request at support@narreme.tv.
In plain English
We’ll never quietly change the rules. Big changes come with warning, and the old versions stay public forever.
17. Contact — Real Humans
- Support: support@narreme.tv — 48-hour response, 7 days a week
- Security/fraud: security@narreme.tv
- Appeals (balances, moderation): appeals@narreme.tv
- Postal mail: LHD Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA) — request our current mailing address at support@narreme.tv.
In plain English
Three email addresses, all read by people. We answer.
